RETURN TERMS
If you want to return the product after receiving it for any reason, please follow below procedures:
Send an e-mail to info@monocean.com saying that you want to return the product including the reason, and send back the product to our address in seven working days following the approval e-mail. We will not accept the return of the products after seven days.
The package of the product to be returned should be unharmed and the product should be unused and unharmed. If the invoice of the product is prepared to a company, the company should prepare a return invoice. The transport cost of the returned products belongs to the customer. This cost will be returned to the customer when the problem of the product will be confirmed. THe cost of the product will be paid to the customer in seven days following the approval of the return request.
RIGHT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT WITHOUT REASON
The right to return the product without reason is valid for seven working days following the receipt of the product. When you receive the product you should check the product in front of the carrier company officer. If there is a problem you should ask the officer to prepare a report and to return the product to us. |
